About Our Founders
In 2016, Dr. Argie Allen-Wilson and Morgan Wilson united their professional experience, shared purpose, and passion for strengthening families to build a mental health enterprise focused on creating meaningful, lasting change. Their combined vision gave rise to F.A.I.T.H. Connects LLC, Connections Matter LLC, and most recently, the nonprofit Mental Health First Connects.
Together, they are building more than organizations—they are advancing a movement centered on mental wellness, healthy relationships, education, and equitable access to quality mental health resources. Their work brings together clinical expertise, education, community engagement, media, and courageous conversations to reach individuals, families, organizations, and communities.
Their vision is both local and global: to help eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health, strengthen relationships, expand access to support, and create healthier communities—one relationship and one courageous conversation at a time
